Gero Villamediana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tabor Luina, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 33rd match minute, Montes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tavio Oblanca to maneuver through the defense. Bartoli Barril showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Urtaza, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. A collision led to Tiatucura getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Isusko Rodrigo hit a great ball. If Teodoro Urtaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. In the 45th minute Heli Riopedre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartoli Barril saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Tiatucura booed when Montes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mederi Albalate didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teodoro Urtaza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Natal Pujana hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the match, Tiatucura's Enekoitz Bodega sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gero Villamediana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tiatucura's Bartoli Barril played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Urtaza in the 61st minute of play. If Tabor Luina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, Montes's goal looked a bit too open when Enekoitz Bodega came free, but Gero Villamediana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tabor Luina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Gero Villamediana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodoro Urtaza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Heli Riopedre who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Bartoli Barril when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 80th play minute Heli Riopedre came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bartoli Barril. 0-1. If Teodoro Urtaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heli Riopedre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartoli Barril having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Montes left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tiatucura.
