Fabio Landazuri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bihar Aribau in the 40th minute of play. Txomin Algara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Fabio Landazuri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sauveur Pujado in the 45th minute of play forced Oro y Carbon's goalkeeper Fabio Landazuri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eduino Aguayo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabio Landazuri having to make a save.

Gotzon Samano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kismi Valdivielso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Fabio Landazuri made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Coquimbo had played much better football throughout.
