Spectators: 7481 (Terracing: 5612, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) 4 minutes into the match, Reynardo Borinaga notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Valdense FC's Paulino Dorronsoro. Paulino Dorronsoro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 7 minutes into the match, Valdense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Geofredo Adrada came free, but Paulino Dorronsoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulino Dorronsoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonchan Teixido in the 8th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Gonchan Teixido cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Paulino Dorronsoro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 17 minutes into the game, Everitt Kepert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Dalmacio Guerrico was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paulino Dorronsoro came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Palmeras's Roland Mauleon. But to his dismay, Roland Mauleon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 27th match minute, Valdense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marin Plasencia to maneuver through the defense. After 29 played minutes, Palmeras's Lisandro Viñas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paulino Dorronsoro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Palmeras reached it. The supporters of Valdense FC booed when Palmeras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Viñas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 33 played minutes Valdense FC got a freekick which was hit by Matai Landazuri. Inacio Virues's late challenge caught a Palmeras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inacio Virues helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, Inacio Virues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geofredo Adrada struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Paulino Dorronsoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmeras. Paulino Dorronsoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geofredo Adrada in the 43rd minute of the match. Paulino Dorronsoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Mauleon, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Paulino Dorronsoro came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Palmeras's Reynardo Borinaga. But to his dismay, Reynardo Borinaga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4.

Valdense FC's Paulino Dorronsoro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Valdense FC from getting a goal against them. Everitt Kepert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Guerrico having to interfere. Paulino Dorronsoro made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Reynardo Borinaga sent off a good shot on target. Inacio Virues was shown his second yellow card after 66 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 68th minute, Inacio Virues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gonchan Teixido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Dorronsoro having to interfere. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palmeras's goalkeeper Dalmacio Guerrico, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Elija Camarero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Everitt Kepert hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Toli Acenero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paulino Dorronsoro. Valdense FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Palmeras booed when Valdense FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everitt Kepert didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Palmeras walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
