After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Benet Cayado managed to get in a good position for a shot. REJUNTE F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Benet Cayado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santana Cachon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, REJUNTE F.C's Benet Cayado got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute, Virgilio Cagide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute of the match, Adriana Valderas sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Shepherd Lastras showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. Santana Cachon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Astulez, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 32 minutes into the game, REJUNTE F.C's Neron Muñoz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Santana Cachon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Virgilio Cagide kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Mataojo FC's Shepherd Lastras threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dagoberto Buyolo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, REJUNTE F.C's Shepherd Lastras got control of the ball when Rafe Mugica tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dagoberto Buyolo made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dagoberto Buyolo in the 57th minute of play forced REJUNTE F.C's goalkeeper Shepherd Lastras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Neron Muñoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Santana Cachon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Elvio Jacob made a precise shot to the right of Santana Cachon. Mataojo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. REJUNTE F.C's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
