Frans Pisciña stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Quintin Jalon's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Camerino Somarriba hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute of the match Jacinto Mijangos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bahiano Brieba skillfully saved the ball. Jerardo España scored 1-3 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Frans Pisciña, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alvaro Lance recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Malwee! Frans Pisciña went to the wrong direction when Oinaz Niño was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Quintin Jalon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Malwee's goalkeeper Frans Pisciña, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Frans Pisciña had in the 95thth minute some difficulties stopping Oinaz Niño's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.
