Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Anxo Sabon took the kick off in the first half of the match. Vermudo Lazo charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vermudo Lazo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 6 played minutes Goni got a freekick which was hit by Araoz Artieta. 12 minutes into the game, Anxo Sabon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Castel Muruve was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Castel Muruve made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Helder Yanguas in the 21st minute of play. Lia Leyte was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 23rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Cristo Malla hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chapicuy AFC's zone, Caton Chandeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benvido Rubayo came out of the goal and Caton Chandeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Chapicuy AFC's Benvido Rubayo got control of the ball when Caton Chandeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Helder Yanguas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Castel Muruve having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

If Helder Yanguas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilesindo Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Benvido Rubayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute Anxo Sabon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Castel Muruve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benvido Rubayo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Caton Chandeiro's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Caton Chandeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Benvido Rubayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chapicuy AFC's Benvido Rubayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilesindo Mendes in the 78th minute of play. Benvido Rubayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xabat Arberas in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute Caton Chandeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benvido Rubayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chapicuy AFC's Benvido Rubayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilesindo Mendes in the 83rd minute of play. After 88 played minutes, Chapicuy AFC's Hitzeder Cantabrana shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Castel Muruve came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chapicuy AFC reached it. If Helder Yanguas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Araoz Artieta during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Chapicuy AFC's Helder Yanguas managed to work through Goni's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Helder Yanguas dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Chapicuy AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
