When Arlo Olaiz came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Martinote fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arlo Olaiz couldn't finish the play. 51 minutes into the game, Buceo's Columbo Urquiaga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lartaun Quejura made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Bonifaco Artiaga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lartaun Quejura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Berdaitz Nalda charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Berdaitz Nalda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Martinote getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Berdaitz Nalda hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Martinote's goal looked a bit too open when Bertran Caicedo came free, but Lartaun Quejura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Buceo's Umea Jonsansoro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Buceo from getting a goal against them. 83 minutes into the match, Martinote's goal looked a bit too open when Columbo Urquiaga came free, but Lartaun Quejura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Martinote's zone, Columbo Urquiaga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lartaun Quejura came out of the goal and Columbo Urquiaga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th match minute, Martinote was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fonda Echarriza to maneuver through the defense. Bonifaco Artiaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Bonifaco Artiaga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lartaun Quejura was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Buceo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
