Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The tension between the Estanzuela and the Juan Rosas Y Rancagua players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jorge Rubin hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Lucila Muelas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Esiquio Ayala. Estanzuela's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hector-Luis Feliu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Rubin in the 18th minute. Froilan Angostina who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Hector-Luis Feliu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Estanzuela booed when Juan Rosas Y Rancagua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niguel Sendin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Froilan Angostina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 29 played minutes Juan Rosas Y Rancagua got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Cuadrado. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felo Zubicoeta during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Felo Zubicoeta kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Estanzuela's Ildefonso Sousa couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Juan Rosas Y Rancagua. After a rather tough play, Juan Rosas Y Rancagua's Felo Zubicoeta got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Lano Barra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Esiquio Ayala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandalio Morana in the 40th minute of play forced Estanzuela's goalkeeper Esiquio Ayala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

If Palben Masana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 53 minutes into the match, Juan Rosas Y Rancagua's goal looked a bit too open when Palben Masana came free, but Hector-Luis Feliu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felo Zubicoeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59thth minute of the game Sandalio Morana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Estanzuela's Esiquio Ayala was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Froilan Angostina struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Hector-Luis Feliu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estanzuela. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Estanzuela:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Juan Rosas Y Rancagua:s goal. 1-2 came through a penalty shot after 65 played minutes, when Juan Rosas Y Rancagua:s Lucila Muelas calmly waited for Estanzuela:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Estanzuela's zone, Lano Barra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esiquio Ayala came out of the goal and Lano Barra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juan Rosas Y Rancagua's Dionisio Cuadrado got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sandalio Morana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Estanzuela's goal looked a bit too open when Felo Zubicoeta came free, but Esiquio Ayala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute Joaquin Pardemanos suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Emesto Collazo's late challenge caught a Estanzuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emesto Collazo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st minute, Emesto Collazo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dionisio Cuadrado hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Estanzuela's Seber Lizundia got a free kick in the 88th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Lano Barra notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Estanzuela's Esiquio Ayala. Esiquio Ayala was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Esiquio Ayala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandalio Morana, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. If Sandalio Morana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
