The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Efraim Prego during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Echeverria booed when Duranzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efraim Prego didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute of the match, Efraim Prego got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lucian Mateu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Efraim Prego could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Lucian Mateu made a huge save. If Artur Morcillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pelagius Argüello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Morcillo in the 24th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Echeverria's zone, Bittor Suesa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucian Mateu came out of the goal and Bittor Suesa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Henry Ajorbe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Pelagius Argüello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucian Mateu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bittor Suesa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Bittor Suesa made a precise shot to the right of Lucian Mateu. Echeverria's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a rather tough play, Duranzo's Licerio Irigoyen got a free kick in the 77th minute. Pello Horcasitas managed to, on his own, get straight through Duranzo's defense and in the 79th minute placed the ball to the left of Pelagius Argüello. 1-2. In the 85th minute, Cristobal Caravantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucian Mateu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bittor Suesa went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After 95 minutes of play, Duranzo's Bittor Suesa made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucian Mateu was left in no man's land by his defense there!
