Spectators: 6695 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Xandro Bartolomei started the match with the kick off. If Olentzaro Constante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Risso FC's Zuriko Mujal got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 9 minutes into the match, Risso FC's Olentzaro Constante sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benedicto Macias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Risso FC defense, Xandro Bartolomei kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rigoberto Bonifaz. The Risso FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rigoberto Bonifaz should have stopped the shot. Xandro Bartolomei might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rigoberto Bonifaz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xandro Bartolomei ran back to his position shaking his head. Xandro Bartolomei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rigoberto Bonifaz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xandro Bartolomei's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Xandro Bartolomei scored 0-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rigoberto Bonifaz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Botas during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th minute, Pedro Botas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute of the match Pepito Bacete shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rigoberto Bonifaz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Risso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ignazio Carradelo came free, but Rigoberto Bonifaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rigoberto Bonifaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xandro Bartolomei in the 39th minute of play. In the 41stth minute of the game Xandro Bartolomei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Risso FC's Rigoberto Bonifaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Espinillar's Ignazio Carradelo got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 44 played minutes, Espinillar's Madaleno Lin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rigoberto Bonifaz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Espinillar reached it. After some careless play in the Risso FC defense, Reimundo Casarin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rigoberto Bonifaz. The Risso FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rigoberto Bonifaz should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zuriko Mujal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Espinillar's goal looked a bit too open when Zuriko Mujal came free, but Benedicto Macias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benedicto Macias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zuriko Mujal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xandro Bartolomei blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rigoberto Bonifaz having to make a save. After 77 minutes of play Risso FC's Pedro Botas was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Pedro Botas kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Roldan Carbasa hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Ignazio Carradelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Rigoberto Bonifaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xandro Bartolomei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Bonifaz having to interfere. Ignazio Carradelo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Rigoberto Bonifaz made a huge save. Xandro Bartolomei was extremely unlucky when he, in the 92nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ignazio Carradelos short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Rigoberto Bonifaz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Risso FC's Olentzaro Constante got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Espinillar's Reimundo Casarin got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Espinillar supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Espinillar would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
