Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paio Irazabal started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Quinto Loro got free with Iaki Chaves in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 5th minute, Conrao Trejo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Quinto Loro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iaki Chaves having to interfere. Mergildo Gobeo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iaki Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrao Trejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Quinto Loro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gervasio's supporters rose to their feet, but Quinto Loro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iaki Chaves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute, Paio Irazabal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iaki Chaves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Conrao Trejo's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Etxeberri Boñal hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Hipolito Seijas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 22nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Paio Irazabal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Severiano Seguin fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tropezon's protests and gave Severiano Seguin a yellow card for diving instead. Severiano Seguin hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Conrao Trejo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Iaki Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 40 minutes, Hipolito Seijas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tropezon and the Gervasio players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Tropezon's Paio Irazabal in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gervasio's goalie prevented a goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Conrao Trejo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Paio Irazabal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paio Irazabal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Lluterio Orbea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gervasio's Etxeberri Boñal got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 59th minute Quinto Loro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iaki Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Paio Irazabal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iaki Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quinto Loro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ramiro Vozmediana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gervasio's Conrao Trejo got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the game, Gervasio's Conrao Trejo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iaki Chaves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paio Irazabal in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lluterio Orbea saved Gervasio from getting behind. Iaki Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quinto Loro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iaki Chaves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Conrao Trejo went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Gervasio players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
