Vinicio Azcona's late challenge caught a Espinillar FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vinicio Azcona helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Chamizo's Vinicio Azcona got a free kick in the 9th minute. After having played for 11 minutes, Salamon Buron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Espinillar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salamon Buron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 16 minutes, Maximo Fuertes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chamizo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raebert Xavalera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Espinillar FC's Salamon Buron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xefe Vadillos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Raebert Xavalera made the kick off in the second half. Berenguer Villamediana charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Berenguer Villamediana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd match minute, Espinillar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berenguer Villamediana to maneuver through the defense. Xinaro Alcolea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raebert Xavalera, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. If Desiderio Icedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Chamizo's zone, Salamon Buron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xefe Vadillos came out of the goal and Salamon Buron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximo Fuertes in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xinaro Alcolea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Xefe Vadillos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Icedo in the 79th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Salamon Buron got free with Xefe Vadillos in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Raebert Xavalera came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Chamizo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raebert Xavalera couldn't finish the play.
