In the 22nd match minute, Jimenez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinei Ocampo to maneuver through the defense. Lluterio Torrescassana charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raebert Xavalera to strike the kick off in the second half. Jimenez's Antonio Cabañero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raebert Xavalera in the 54th minute of play. After 56 played minutes Jimenez got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Meldasgoas. Chamizo's Jabier Sendin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 57th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Jimenez. After 65 played minutes Chamizo got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Fuertes. 68 minutes into the match, Jimenez's Ladislao Cero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xefe Vadillos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maximo Fuertes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Antonio Cabañero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Maximo Fuertes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chamizo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ladislao Cero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The Jimenez fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chamizo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
