Spectators: 6704 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1704, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Vellito Santelices made the kick off which started today's match. Cambara's Zenaido Luna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jago Infiesto in the 3rd minute of play. In the 6th minute of the match Xaver Sobrino shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zenaido Luna showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tomas Truebano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Primitivo Ubidea skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 20 minutes into the match, Rosas's goalkeeper Primitivo Ubidea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Truebano. In the 24thth minute of the game Vellito Santelices who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cambara's Zenaido Luna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomas Truebano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Ubidea having to interfere. Zenaido Luna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vellito Santelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zenaido Luna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vellito Santelices in the 34th minute of play. If Tomas Truebano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Natanael Bustio made a kick off. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rosas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! An unexpectedly hard shot by Vellito Santelices in the 64th minute of play forced Cambara's goalkeeper Zenaido Luna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cambara's zone, Vellito Santelices stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zenaido Luna came out of the goal and Vellito Santelices tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the game, Saturnino Berda recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zenaido Luna. Saturnino Berda showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Primitivo Ubidea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natanael Bustio, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. If Jago Infiesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute Vellito Santelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenaido Luna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Vellito Santelices's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zenaido Luna was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Zenaido Luna made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Jago Infiesto sent off a good shot on target. Natanael Bustio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Ubidea having to interfere. Jago Infiesto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zenaido Luna having to make a save. Vellito Santelices might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zenaido Luna. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vellito Santelices ran back to his position shaking his head. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
