Ignazio Matanza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lehen Gibaja in the 3rd minute of play. Angelo Obiaga kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Candil's Ignazio Matanza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lehen Gibaja in the 4th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Aureo Ariño managed to get in a good position for a shot. Candil's supporters rose to their feet, but Aureo Ariño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edson Aranzabal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aureo Ariño blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edson Aranzabal having to make a save. Lehen Gibaja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignazio Matanza having to interfere. Rodriguez Masseda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Edson Aranzabal made a huge save. When Candil's Evaristo Mill, in the 17th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Candil. Candil's Ignazio Matanza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Galtero Pedrais in the 26th minute of play. Candil's Aureo Ariño got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, Candil's goal looked a bit too open when Galtero Pedrais came free, but Ignazio Matanza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 played minutes Candil got a freekick which was hit by Lorencio Emesabel. After 36 played minutes, Concordia's Robustiano Valbuena shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ignazio Matanza came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Concordia reached it. Aureo Ariño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edson Aranzabal having to interfere. Evaristo Mill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edson Aranzabal having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Galtero Pedrais managed to get in a good position for a shot. Concordia's supporters rose to their feet, but Galtero Pedrais was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. A very good chance for a goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evaristo Mill to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Lehen Gibaja recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ignazio Matanza. Lehen Gibaja showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Ignazio Matanza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lehen Gibaja in the 59th minute of play. If Galtero Pedrais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ignazio Matanza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lehen Gibaja in the 67th minute of the match. Ignazio Matanza had in the 71stth minute some difficulties stopping Robustiano Valbuena's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Lehen Gibaja dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ignazio Matanza, 0-2. Edson Aranzabal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Evaristo Mill went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Ignazio Matanza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Galtero Pedrais in the 84th minute. The supporters of Concordia booed when Candil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Padro Ameyugo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Galtero Pedrais came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Concordia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Galtero Pedrais couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Candil's Ignazio Matanza got control of the ball when Galtero Pedrais tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Galtero Pedrais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was beautiful to see Candil's Etxeberri Osaviaga in action when he in the 99th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! The Candil supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Concordia's performance. The match ended with a win for Concordia.
