Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Norino Cascos started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Sarandi FC booed when Mataojito AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Avalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mataojito AFC's Deunoro Brizuela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norino Cascos in the 4th minute of play. Cai Vasaburu hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Vincente Ovies hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Roque Aspe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ortle Poladura having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Aspe in the 12th minute of play forced Sarandi FC's goalkeeper Ortle Poladura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mataojito AFC's Felix Avalo got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Roque Aspe, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 19 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ortle Poladura was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honrio Cañarte in the 23rd minute of play forced Mataojito AFC's goalkeeper Deunoro Brizuela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Javiero Pescatori kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. If Isidoro Legaspi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ortle Poladura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Avalo in the 32nd minute of the match. 41 minutes in the game, Norino Cascos fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Deunoro Brizuela having to interfere. Isidoro Legaspi did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Deunoro Brizuela 42 minutes into the match. Norino Cascos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a rather tough play, Mataojito AFC's Hechter Robina got a free kick in the 57th minute. Ortle Poladura made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roque Aspe in the 59th minute. Norino Cascos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deunoro Brizuela having to interfere. Ellande Novo kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Norino Cascos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Deunoro Brizuela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidoro Legaspi's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Deunoro Brizuela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteban Santelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidoro Legaspi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Deunoro Brizuela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norino Cascos in the 83rd minute of play forced Mataojito AFC's goalkeeper Deunoro Brizuela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Mataojito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Norino Cascos came free, but Deunoro Brizuela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Sarandi FC's Isidoro Legaspi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Deunoro Brizuela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sarandi FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
