When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fidensio Borbolla made a kick off. Fidencio Santatis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koldobika Cintron, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Barto Ascot in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fidencio Santatis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Koldobika Cintron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidencio Santatis having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Minas's Quexal Quijano got a free kick in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidensio Borbolla in the 65th minute of play forced Minas's goalkeeper Illart Herreros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mark Hoyuela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Illart Herreros made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Mark Hoyuela sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th minute Barto Ascot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidencio Santatis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barto Ascot ran back to his position shaking his head. 87 minutes into the game, Koldobika Cintron cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Fidencio Santatis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Koldobika Cintron in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fidencio Santatis saved Racing from getting behind. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Minas fans cheered their team off the field, for while Racing had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
