He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tranqueras AFC reached it. In the 17th match minute, Cerro A.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambrosio Canonega to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Conrado Villalaud ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aurelio Borrero was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Aurelio Borrero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Etxekopar Palafox in the 22nd minute of the match. Tranqueras AFC's Aurelio Borrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Etxekopar Palafox in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute Etxekopar Palafox shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Borrero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute Ugutz Cotan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magdaleno Elguero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Conrado Villalaud stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Etxekopar Palafox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Etxekopar Palafox could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Aurelio Borrero made a huge save. A hard shot 67 in the game by Etxekopar Palafox from a close distance when the talented Aurelio Borrero managed to make a qualified save. Tranqueras AFC's players were relieved. A collision led to Tranqueras AFC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Andre Izana hit a great ball. Conrado Villalaud's late challenge caught a Tranqueras AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eduardo Ormaechea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 85 minutes, Petri Chasco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tranqueras AFC and the Cerro A.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Tranqueras AFC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Petri Chasco hit a great ball. Gaxan Vozmediana was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 85th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Eduardo Ormaechea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
