Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Beltza Palenzuela successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 35 minutes in the game, Jacobo Nalo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Beltza Palenzuela having to interfere. Jacobo Nalo didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 3-1 via right post in the game's 37th minute. CERRO LARGO FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After a defensive mix-up in Achar's zone, Gavril Dănciulescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beltza Palenzuela came out of the goal and Gavril Dănciulescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacobo Nalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beltza Palenzuela having to interfere. CERRO LARGO FC's Senio Revillas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliverio Mestre in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oliverio Mestre to strike the kick off in the second half. When Michael Balaguer was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 57 minutes had been played.
