In the 14th minute Xove Astete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierres Rabago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Txema Alaiz made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Utkan Ulutaş sent off a good shot on target. The C.A. YALE fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when C.A. YALE's Utkan Ulutaş looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Xove Astete made the kick off in the second half. Txema Alaiz came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by C.A. YALE's Gabon Amundarain. But to his dismay, Gabon Amundarain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabon Amundarain in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Txema Alaiz saved Uruguay FC from getting behind. The supporters of C.A. YALE booed when Uruguay FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xantalen Villacis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute of the match Tiburcio Cavadas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Txema Alaiz skillfully saved the ball. Pierres Rabago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xove Astete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
