Bixintxo Cabezas made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 10thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Lucero Baron would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 21stth minute of the game Delmiro Rendain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Acosta's Tebaldo Louzara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tebaldo Louzara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Librado Ordoñez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delmiro Rendain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Delmiro Rendain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Librado Ordoñez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tebaldo Louzara was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. When Hanni Villarreal fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ceferino's protests and gave Hanni Villarreal a yellow card for diving instead. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rodas Lloves to make the kick off. Bixintxo Cabezas hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute, Zosimo Murguia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tebaldo Louzara acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 54th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Onofre Barco. In the 56th minute, Joao Hudobro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Ceferino getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Librado Ordoñez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tebaldo Louzara having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Acosta's Rodas Lloves got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 70th match minute, Acosta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodas Lloves to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the game, Acosta's Bixintxo Cabezas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucero Baron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 78 minutes into the game, Librado Ordoñez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ceferino's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Acosta the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ceferino's Librado Ordoñez got a free kick in the 78th minute. If Rodas Lloves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ceferino's Lucero Baron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bixintxo Cabezas in the 83rd minute of play. Delmiro Rendain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Tebaldo Louzara made a huge save. Librado Ordoñez might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tebaldo Louzara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Librado Ordoñez ran back to his position shaking his head. Tebaldo Louzara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Delmiro Rendain in the 93rd minute. Delmiro Rendain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Tebaldo Louzara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
