Licerio Quemada shot a long shot in the 12th minute and a light blocked Roque Benavidez hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-2. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Maguna FC! Duarte Lucas placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Roque Benavidez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Terrazas's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Roque Benavidez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Terrazas in the 30th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Conchillas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Padolles came free, but Roque Benavidez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maguna FC's Francisco Terrazas got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 38 played minutes Conchillas FC got a freekick which was hit by Jerico Cadelo. Roque Benavidez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Terrazas in the 40th minute of the match. In the 45th minute Franco Urdiales suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 45 minutes into the game, Licerio Quemada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maguna FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Conchillas FC the free kick. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Maguna FC! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Terrazas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Francisco Terrazas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Roque Benavidez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Victorio Padolles who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Roque Benavidez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Terrazas in the 65th minute of play forced Conchillas FC's goalkeeper Roque Benavidez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerico Cadelo's late challenge caught a Maguna FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerico Cadelo helped the player get up and apologised. Conchillas FC's Roque Benavidez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Conchillas FC from getting a goal against them. 74 minutes into the match, Conchillas FC's goalkeeper Roque Benavidez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victorio Padolles. Lawrence Mugica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xuaco Maria hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 84th play minute Victorio Padolles came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Roque Benavidez. 1-4. If Francisco Terrazas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Conchillas FC's zone, Francisco Terrazas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roque Benavidez came out of the goal and Francisco Terrazas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute, Victorio Padolles left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maguna FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Terrazas in the 98th minute of play forced Conchillas FC's goalkeeper Roque Benavidez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maguna FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
