He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cerro Largo reached it. If Caton Abella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The referee ignored Cerro Largo's protests and gave Mauro Ergueta a yellow card for diving instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time.
