Cuarto Castella made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 24th minute, Hartz Ardanza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th minute, Hartz Ardanza made a precise shot to the right of Cuarto Castella. Gervasio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. After 31 played minutes, Finisterra F.C's Lucio Pierredonda shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cuarto Castella came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Finisterra F.C reached it. In the 34thth minute of the game Oto Gener who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gervasio's Cuarto Castella was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paublo Miera kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. If Hartz Ardanza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Idacio Caso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cuarto Castella having to interfere. Cuarto Castella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oto Gener in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Cuarto Castella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oto Gener in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Hartz Ardanza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Finisterra F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Arellano came free, but Sugoi Candana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oto Gener in the 64th minute of play forced Gervasio's goalkeeper Cuarto Castella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cuarto Castella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hartz Ardanza in the 66th minute of the match. Cuarto Castella yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-5. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 86th minute of the game. One of Finisterra F.C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gervasio:s goal. In the 89th minute Gervasio were awarded a corner. Cisco Corel went to the cornerflag to take it. Miro Gandulla kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Oto Gener dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cuarto Castella, 2-6. Oto Gener in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cuarto Castella, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sugoi Candana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimo Bernia, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. When the match was over Finisterra F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gervasio throughout the match.
