Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aurken Vellosillo made the kick off which started today's match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nacional FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Laureles a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. Julen Chavarre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Patrido Masses tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Nacional FC's zone, Vicente Gamones stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrido Masses came out of the goal and Vicente Gamones tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulino Ennecon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aurken Vellosillo's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Laureles's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Aurken Vellosillo scored to the left of an out of position Paulino Ennecon, making the score, 1-1. Patrido Masses made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Gamones in the 20th minute of play. Jerold Ayon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Paulino Ennecon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nacional FC's goalkeeper Patrido Masses, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dimas Rujula could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Paulino Ennecon made a huge save. Paulino Ennecon made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Dimas Rujula sent off a good shot on target. Aurken Vellosillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Paulino Ennecon came out of the goal and Aurken Vellosillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Aurken Vellosillo came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Nacional FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurken Vellosillo couldn't finish the play. Vicente Gamones recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Julen Chavarre came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Laureles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julen Chavarre couldn't finish the play. Julen Chavarre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrido Masses having to interfere. Aurken Vellosillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Paulino Ennecon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulino Ennecon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurken Vellosillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Flavio Barbaza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th match minute, Nacional FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chan Pedronera to maneuver through the defense. If Vicente Gamones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
