Spectators: 6691 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1691, VIP seats: 0) Fernandez's Mergildo Estefania started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Samuel Leturia came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Tengen Toppa's Firman Perdices. But to his dismay, Firman Perdices quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Joanes Borbolla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joanes Borbolla might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silverio Ribacoba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joanes Borbolla ran back to his position shaking his head. Silverio Ribacoba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mergildo Estefania's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Fernandez's Mergildo Estefania got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mergildo Estefania's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silverio Ribacoba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. When Gabrio Albisu fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tengen Toppa's protests and gave Gabrio Albisu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd match minute, Tengen Toppa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabrio Albisu to maneuver through the defense. Firman Perdices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gonchan Zahonero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silverio Ribacoba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joanes Borbolla in the 45th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christiano Iraegui made a kick off. Mergildo Estefania blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silverio Ribacoba having to make a save. Silverio Ribacoba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mergildo Estefania's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fernandez's goalkeeper Samuel Leturia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mergildo Estefania might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silverio Ribacoba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mergildo Estefania ran back to his position shaking his head. Mergildo Estefania received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Silverio Ribacoba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mergildo Estefania's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silverio Ribacoba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Christiano Iraegui dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Samuel Leturia, 4-2. After having played for 90 minutes, Joanes Borbolla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fernandez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joanes Borbolla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
