In the 19th minute Bonifaco Palomino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gorri Botbol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vicente Sarceada got free with Gorri Botbol in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eguzki Aelle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bidari Cenzano having to interfere. Gorri Botbol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifaco Palomino, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. A very good chance. If Eguzki Aelle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Hans-Erik Hartviksen came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Vazquez fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans-Erik Hartviksen couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Fagundez FC booed when Vazquez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans-Erik Hartviksen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 minutes of play, Vazquez's Eguzki Aelle made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bidari Cenzano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eguzki Aelle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Fagundez FC booed when Vazquez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteve Villaseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eguzki Aelle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Bidari Cenzano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eguzki Aelle got free with Bidari Cenzano in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Esteve Villaseca struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Bidari Cenzano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vazquez. Gorri Botbol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betadur Villaba in the 75th minute of play. Bidari Cenzano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Behe Lamiar kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Betadur Villaba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Vazquez could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fagundez FC throughout the match.
