Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Marko Santo got the match started through his kick off. Uruguay AFC's Santo Santome played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quique Labiaga in the 3rd minute of play. If Marko Santo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sadurni Algorta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Santome having to interfere. A collision led to Orgoroso getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Severiano Olañeta hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Marko Santo sped through Orgoroso's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Piarres Maestre. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marko Santo in the 19th minute of play forced Orgoroso's goalkeeper Piarres Maestre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Uruguay AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Severiano Olañeta was slow to take the kick. During this time Orgoroso's players had a chance to rest. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Santo Santome successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marko Santo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Piarres Maestre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sadurni Algorta made a kick off. Maurino Corro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Orgoroso booed when Uruguay AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marko Santo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of Uruguay AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Orgoroso:s goal. In the 58th minute there was a penalty for Orgoroso. The supporters of Uruguay AFC booed when Orgoroso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quique Labiaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maurino Corro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santo Santome having to make a save. In the 77th minute Sadurni Algorta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Santome saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Uruguay AFC's Hernan Monesterio got a free kick in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurino Corro in the 78th minute of play forced Uruguay AFC's goalkeeper Santo Santome to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sadurni Algorta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sadurni Algorta struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Santo Santome didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orgoroso. After 83 played minutes Uruguay AFC got a freekick which was hit by Weterio Fururia. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Sadurni Algorta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orgoroso's supporters rose to their feet, but Sadurni Algorta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santo Santome breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonatan Rotalo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Piarres Maestre made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Sadurni Algorta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orgoroso's supporters rose to their feet, but Sadurni Algorta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santo Santome breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute, Hernan Monesterio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maurino Corro in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santo Santome prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Uruguay AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
