In the 2nd match minute, Ferrer AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Feo to maneuver through the defense. Mikelar Zuaza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hitz Oterino in the 8th minute of play. Hitz Oterino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Mikelar Zuaza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelo Latonero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Beti Reina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Ferrer AFC's Galindo Telleria sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beti Reina narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Duranzo FC's Hitz Oterino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mikelar Zuaza. That made the score 1-0 after 22 minutes of play. Diaz Postigo's late challenge caught a Ferrer AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diaz Postigo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28th match minute, Duranzo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diaz Postigo to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the game, Duranzo FC's Hitz Oterino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mikelar Zuaza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Etxepare Lerin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mikelar Zuaza. Ferrer AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hitz Oterino made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Hitz Oterino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Duranzo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hitz Oterino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Duranzo FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Luciano Terminel hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Galindo Telleria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ferrer AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Galindo Telleria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beti Reina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Hitz Oterino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Hitz Oterino notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Ferrer AFC's Mikelar Zuaza. Mikelar Zuaza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ferrer AFC's Mikelar Zuaza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diaz Postigo in the 66th minute of play. Hitz Oterino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikelar Zuaza having to interfere. A collision led to Ferrer AFC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Fernandez Santisso hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the match, Ferrer AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hitz Oterino came free, but Mikelar Zuaza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Godfredo Villalain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the match, Duranzo FC's goalkeeper Beti Reina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelo Latonero. Marcelo Latonero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beti Reina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Galindo Telleria in the 95th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Galindo Telleria kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Beti Reina. That made the score 4-1 in the 97 minute of play. Duranzo FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
