Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tolino Montane made the kick off which started today's match. 6 minutes into the match, Coquimbo's goal looked a bit too open when Reimundo Sarri came free, but Roque Bergues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roque Bergues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolino Montane, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Eriberto Santaren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berasko Villadiego, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Coquimbo were awarded a corner. Justo Villacorta went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Canepa AFC's goalie and right to Pudes Abril. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Canepa AFC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 24 minutes into the match, Coquimbo's goal looked a bit too open when Tolino Montane came free, but Roque Bergues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eriberto Santaren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeremy Antuñano in the 27th minute. Jeremy Antuñano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eriberto Santaren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Canepa AFC's Eriberto Santaren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berasko Villadiego in the 34th minute of play. If Jeremy Antuñano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeremy Antuñano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Santaren having to interfere. If Reimundo Sarri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Berasko Villadiego to make the kick off. Quinton Fontecha struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Eriberto Santaren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coquimbo. Lucian Artieta hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Eriberto Santaren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berasko Villadiego in the 59th minute of play. If Jeremy Antuñano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, Canepa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Berasko Villadiego came free, but Eriberto Santaren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berasko Villadiego in the 69th minute of play forced Canepa AFC's goalkeeper Eriberto Santaren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reimundo Sarri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Berasko Villadiego recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reimundo Sarri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Coquimbo's Jeremy Antuñano got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeremy Antuñano in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eriberto Santaren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Coquimbo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
