Jose Berganza stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ubaldo Alison. 4-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Laurgain Lagos was the one to do the kick off. Urtzi Socobio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Alison having to interfere. In the 52nd match minute, Tacuarembo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caton Bayo to maneuver through the defense. Gurutz Almenester kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Vinicio Rasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laurgain Lagos kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Ferdinand Turienzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ubaldo Alison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perutxo Benegas, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The supporters of Carbonero booed when Tacuarembo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caton Bayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Urtzi Socobio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Balesio Haedo took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ubaldo Alison. Ubaldo Alison dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Balesio Haedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carbonero's supporters rose to their feet, but Balesio Haedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ubaldo Alison breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tacuarembo's Ubaldo Alison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urtzi Socobio in the 87th minute of play. Laurgain Lagos hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After 90 played minutes Tacuarembo got a freekick which was hit by Laurgain Lagos. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Carbonero had played much better football throughout.
