Spectators: 6708 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1708, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Stephen Rigues kicked off to start the match. Veronica Caravantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Portas having to interfere. With a little luck, Curticeras's Eloy Portas got control of the ball when Veronica Caravantes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eloy Portas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Outon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ceandro Barrillos hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Saul Herbi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Basabe having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacinto Outon in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eloy Portas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arnaldo Basabe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Herbi in the 36th minute of play. Arnaldo Basabe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saul Herbi's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Saul Herbi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saul Herbi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Jacinto Outon made the kick off in the second half. Lavalleja AFC's Jacinto Outon got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eloy Portas came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Lavalleja AFC's Jacinto Outon. But to his dismay, Jacinto Outon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 63rd match minute, Lavalleja AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikel Alzolaras to maneuver through the defense. Lavalleja AFC's Veronica Caravantes got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th match minute, Lavalleja AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cucao Cameno to maneuver through the defense. When Veronica Caravantes came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Lavalleja AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Veronica Caravantes couldn't finish the play. Saul Herbi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Basabe having to interfere. When Curticeras's Stephen Rigues in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lavalleja AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 81st minute, Saul Herbi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Curticeras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 85 minutes, Lluciano Llanez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Curticeras and the Lavalleja AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Curticeras's Lluciano Llanez got a free kick in the 85th minute. After 86 played minutes, Lavalleja AFC's Cucao Cameno shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eloy Portas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lavalleja AFC reached it. Jacinto Outon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stephen Rigues's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnaldo Basabe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play.
