In the 22nd match minute, Conchillas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertin Caballero to maneuver through the defense. Manuel España received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Sayveon Mata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Todor Lijo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Manuel España had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Hugo Echarriza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sayveon Mata. The goal made the score 1-0. Rodrigo Rubiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tallia Mirabel having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Conchillas's goalkeeper Sayveon Mata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel España. A collision led to Conchillas getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Bertin Caballero hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Hugo Echarriza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sayveon Mata. That made the score 2-0 in the 46 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 56th minute, Manuel España made a precise shot to the right of Sayveon Mata. Conchillas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Manuel España struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Sayveon Mata didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarandi AFC. After a defensive mix-up in Sarandi AFC's zone, Todor Lijo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tallia Mirabel came out of the goal and Todor Lijo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodrigo Rubiano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Tallia Mirabel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 73rd minute, Ronaldo Riazos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sayveon Mata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Echarriza in the 76th minute of the match. After 77 minutes, Toribio Folgoso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Conchillas and the Sarandi AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 77 played minutes Conchillas got a freekick which was hit by Toribio Folgoso. Tallia Mirabel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Todor Lijo's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. If Manuel España had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conchillas's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
