Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) Gorka Monzon was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 3rd minute. Eucaliptus AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 4th minute, Yaniusky Guardamiño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th minute of the match, Fabio Quejura got a very nice opportunity to score, but Abel Lassa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Fabio Quejura took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abel Lassa. Abel Lassa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Grecco FC's Yaniusky Guardamiño got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 19 played minutes Eucaliptus AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rumaldo Riba. Eucaliptus AFC's Fabio Quejura got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Eucaliptus AFC's zone, Nisio Aenlle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Odilon Pinilla came out of the goal and Nisio Aenlle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 33 minutes, Jorge Olalde managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grecco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Olalde was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gorka Monzon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abel Lassa made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Fabio Quejura sent off a good shot on target. Nisio Aenlle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Nisio Aenlle took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Odilon Pinilla. Odilon Pinilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gorka Monzon in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Lassa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabio Quejura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Abel Lassa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patricio Prellezo hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Abel Lassa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Quejura in the 64th minute of play. Odilon Pinilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nisio Aenlle went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 72nd match minute, Grecco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Olalde to maneuver through the defense. Patricio Prellezo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Abel Lassa. Grecco FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 81st minute, Uhin Canto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abel Lassa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Quejura in the 83rd minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Grecco FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
