Alvaro Taranco hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After having played for 29 minutes, Loreto Munibe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laureles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Loreto Munibe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ezequiel Brochero charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ezequiel Brochero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th match minute, Los Chotos F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Brochero to maneuver through the defense. Loreto Munibe struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Otsando Parra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laureles. Otsando Parra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eufrasio Basagoitia in the 42nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eufrasio Basagoitia in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Otsando Parra prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Humberto Aguilera to strike the kick off in the second half. Aimar Rezabal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sagrario Aedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 60th match minute, Los Chotos F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Brochero to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Eufrasio Basagoitia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laureles's supporters rose to their feet, but Eufrasio Basagoitia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Otsando Parra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Loreto Munibe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otsando Parra having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eufrasio Basagoitia in the 66th minute of play forced Los Chotos F.C's goalkeeper Otsando Parra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Los Chotos F.C's Sagrario Aedo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aimar Rezabal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 74th minute of the match Ovando Cotero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Otsando Parra skillfully saved the ball.
