Carrasco AFC's Vigil Torralba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eufrasio Basagoitia in the 21st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leoiar Cañon during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd minute, Leoiar Cañon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Roldan Barona fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carrasco AFC's protests and gave Roldan Barona a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Carrasco AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Roldan Barona hit a great ball. When Laureles's Eufrasio Basagoitia in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sabin Capa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eufrasio Basagoitia struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Vigil Torralba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laureles. Loreto Munibe succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 64th playminute. If Loreto Munibe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vigil Torralba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eufrasio Basagoitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loreto Munibe took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vigil Torralba. Vigil Torralba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Loreto Munibe came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Laureles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Loreto Munibe couldn't finish the play. If Eufrasio Basagoitia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Loreto Munibe in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vigil Torralba, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the last second Vigil Torralba throw himself and got hold of the ball when Eufrasio Basagoitia in the 88thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Aimar Rezabal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santio Hilari in the 90th minute of the match. Sabin Capa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aimar Rezabal having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Santio Hilari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Laureles could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Carrasco AFC throughout the match.
