Guillerme Gos hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. If Tebaldo Santome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Azubeli Baeza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tebaldo Santome's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Tebaldo Santome might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Azubeli Baeza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tebaldo Santome ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Montevideo Runark City's Rubio Gandara got a free kick in the 9th minute. Azubeli Baeza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tebaldo Santome, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tebaldo Santome who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Azubeli Baeza when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 17 in the game by Tebaldo Santome from a close distance when the talented Azubeli Baeza managed to make a qualified save. Montevideo Runark City's players were relieved. After having played for 24 minutes, Silviano Binel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inter de Malvín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silviano Binel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Inter de Malvín getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Tebaldo Santome hit a great ball. Inter de Malvín's Domenec Echavarria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillerme Gos in the 31st minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Tebaldo Santome dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Azubeli Baeza, 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tebaldo Santome to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Ambrosio Larrieta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tebaldo Santome scored 2-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Azubeli Baeza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Domenec Echavarria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valente Lamarta, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Montevideo Runark City's Azubeli Baeza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tebaldo Santome in the 63rd minute of play. Domenec Echavarria didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guillerme Gos went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Cordearo Piñeros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domenec Echavarria having to interfere. Tebaldo Santome's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Azubeli Baeza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Montevideo Runark City's Valente Lamarta dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valente Lamarta in the 84th minute of play forced Inter de Malvín's goalkeeper Domenec Echavarria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 played minutes Montevideo Runark City got a freekick which was hit by Cordearo Piñeros. In the 86th minute, Raitin Tuero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Inter de Malvín booed when Montevideo Runark City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Santiago didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Montevideo Runark City's zone, Tebaldo Santome stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Azubeli Baeza came out of the goal and Tebaldo Santome tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Montevideo Runark City getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Guillerme Gos hit a great ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
