An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabrio Gene in the 5th minute of play forced Sarandi FC's goalkeeper Michael Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariscala FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Eutropio Villaboa 7 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Sarandi FC's Michael Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervaso Linares in the 12th minute of play. Montxo Lizaur was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Esteban Mirabal showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. After having played for 23 minutes, Stig-Ove Widberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarandi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig-Ove Widberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marciano Banegas kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Mariscala FC's goalkeeper Montxo Lizaur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eutropio Villaboa. Michael Castro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabrio Gene, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Stig-Ove Widberg took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Montxo Lizaur. Montxo Lizaur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. A collision led to Sarandi FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Esteban Mirabal hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Eutropio Villaboa made the kick off in the second half. Sarandi FC's Eutropio Villaboa got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Esteban Mirabal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Montxo Lizaur having to interfere. When Inigo Tamaron fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mariscala FC's protests and gave Inigo Tamaron a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Mariscala FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Inigo Tamaron hit a great ball. In the 57th play minute Marciano Banegas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Michael Castro. 4-1. In the 61st minute, Eutropio Villaboa made a precise shot to the right of Montxo Lizaur. Mariscala FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. 67 minutes into the game, Sarandi FC's Eutropio Villaboa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Montxo Lizaur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. The audience was convinced that Eutropio Villaboa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Montxo Lizaur was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Eutropio Villaboa managed to get in a good position for a shot. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gervaso Linares helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes Mariscala FC got a freekick which was hit by Gervaso Linares. Eutropio Villaboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Montxo Lizaur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerrold Labra in the 81st minute of play forced Mariscala FC's goalkeeper Montxo Lizaur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Montxo Lizaur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eutropio Villaboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. If Esteban Mirabal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stig-Ove Widberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Mariscala FC's zone, Eutropio Villaboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Montxo Lizaur came out of the goal and Eutropio Villaboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eutropio Villaboa in the 94th minute of play forced Mariscala FC's goalkeeper Montxo Lizaur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sarandi FC's Eutropio Villaboa in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mariscala FC's goalie prevented a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sarandi FC had played much better football throughout.
