Spectators: 7350 (Terracing: 5513, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 147) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isaio Izarra started the match with the kick off. German Lezarazo charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed German Lezarazo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of ACEGUA FC booed when LOMAS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Lezarazo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Micael Artieta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1-0 became the score in the 7th minute when Isaio Izarra elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Iparragirre Bocanegra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basajaun Ledrado in the 10th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Distiratsu Santotis got free with Anacleto Rilo in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anacleto Rilo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Distiratsu Santotis in the 17th minute. Basajaun Ledrado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Iparragirre Bocanegra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basajaun Ledrado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 19 played minutes LOMAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Micael Artieta. Iparragirre Bocanegra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basajaun Ledrado in the 21st minute of the match. When Oton Cianca fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LOMAS FC's protests and gave Oton Cianca a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 played minutes LOMAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Oton Cianca. In the 24th minute Basajaun Ledrado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iparragirre Bocanegra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Distiratsu Santotis got free with Anacleto Rilo in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ACEGUA FC's Anacleto Rilo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaio Izarra in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Hernan Carballo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Weterio Piñeira during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Weterio Piñeira kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Isaio Izarra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anacleto Rilo was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Beti Polo hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 42 minutes in the game, Distiratsu Santotis dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Iparragirre Bocanegra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basajaun Ledrado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chucho Irazu kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Florencio Valbas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Basajaun Ledrado made a kick off. The supporters of ACEGUA FC booed when LOMAS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chucho Irazu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basajaun Ledrado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute, Florencio Valbas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iparragirre Bocanegra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basajaun Ledrado, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 67 minutes into the match, LOMAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Basajaun Ledrado came free, but Iparragirre Bocanegra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anacleto Rilo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaio Izarra in the 70th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in ACEGUA FC's zone, Isaio Izarra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anacleto Rilo came out of the goal and Isaio Izarra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 74 minutes of play, LOMAS FC's Distiratsu Santotis made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anacleto Rilo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 78th minute, Goyo Bergaño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute Basajaun Ledrado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iparragirre Bocanegra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute, LOMAS FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Florencio Valbas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Basajaun Ledrado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iparragirre Bocanegra having to interfere. After 87 played minutes LOMAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Herauso Cagigal. 89 minutes in the game Cheche Oñiderra after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Iparragirre Bocanegra. A very good opportunity. Iparragirre Bocanegra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Weterio Piñeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 95 minutes, Florencio Valbas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ACEGUA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Valbas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. LOMAS FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
