Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Feo Muñiz started the match with the kick off. Silviano Samamies made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feo Muñiz in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, Aurelio Ciriaca recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Romelio Rojas. Aurelio Ciriaca showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 10th minute Aurelio Ciriaca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romelio Rojas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cordairo Olaiz kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Aurelio Ciriaca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Romelio Rojas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arenales's Silviano Samamies played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feo Muñiz in the 21st minute of play. Castillo's Jorrin Arzumendi got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Olivar Mexia fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 34 minutes into the game, Jorrin Arzumendi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Silviano Samamies was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Castillo's Romelio Rojas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Castillo from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Arenales's Quintyn Castiñeira got a free kick in the 41st minute. After having played for 42 minutes, Guillelmus Yurrita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Castillo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guillelmus Yurrita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 46 minutes, Mikeldi Abuleta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Castillo and the Arenales players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Castillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikeldi Abuleta to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 47 minutes, Aurelio Ciriaca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arenales's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurelio Ciriaca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Romelio Rojas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Ciriaca in the 53rd minute of play. John Mayllar's late challenge caught a Castillo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. John Mayllar helped the player get up and apologised. John Mayllar hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurelio Ciriaca in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romelio Rojas saved Castillo from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Castillo's zone, Aurelio Ciriaca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romelio Rojas came out of the goal and Aurelio Ciriaca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Castillo's Romelio Rojas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Ciriaca in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th of the match, Feo Muñiz tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Silviano Samamies got in the way and made a wonderful save. Romelio Rojas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olivar Mexia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Arenales's Olivar Mexia in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Castillo's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Castillo getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Mikeldi Abuleta hit a great ball. After 74 played minutes Castillo got a freekick which was hit by Guillelmus Yurrita. It was beautiful to see Arenales's John Mayllar in action when he in the 76th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Cordairo Olaiz's late challenge caught a Castillo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cordairo Olaiz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Castillo booed when Arenales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cordairo Olaiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Feo Muñiz fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Feo Muñiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olivar Mexia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romelio Rojas having to interfere. If Olivar Mexia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Olivar Mexia came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Arenales fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olivar Mexia couldn't finish the play. Arenales walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
