After 11 played minutes Mendizabal got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Cuellar. In the 19th minute, Ceferino Cuellar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cordaryal Menocal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 24 minutes into the game, Manga AFC's Xurdin Villariño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Omero Castreciones made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Manga AFC's Cordaryal Menocal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceferino Cuellar in the 31st minute of play. If Xofre Salgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cordaryal Menocal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Cuellar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Manga AFC booed when Mendizabal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Madeo Obies didn't get a good kick on the ball. Omero Castreciones made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Anel in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Xurdin Villariño made a precise shot to the right of Omero Castreciones. Mendizabal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Cordaryal Menocal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xofre Salgado in the 44th minute. Faustino Anel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omero Castreciones having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xurdin Villariño stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After taking down the ball on Manga AFC's corner Salvatore Dean fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Omero Castreciones quite easily take care of the ball. Cordaryal Menocal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Cuellar in the 55th minute of play. Xofre Salgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordaryal Menocal having to interfere. If Ceferino Cuellar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute, Saverio Tirso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Omero Castreciones. The goal made the score 1-3. Manga AFC's Cordaryal Menocal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xofre Salgado in the 70th minute of play. Faustino Anel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Omero Castreciones came out and tried to block the shot, but Faustino Anel slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 72nd minute. 77 minutes into the game, Angelino Forcadas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mendizabal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manga AFC the free kick. In the 77th match minute, Mendizabal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelino Forcadas to maneuver through the defense. The audience held their breath when Fortunato Montejo in the 79th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Omero Castreciones's left hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Xurdin Villariño managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manga AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Xurdin Villariño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omero Castreciones breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Omero Castreciones was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Xurdin Villariño capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Xurdin Villariño really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. A collision led to Manga AFC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Faustino Anel hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xofre Salgado in the 87th minute of play forced Manga AFC's goalkeeper Cordaryal Menocal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Manga AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mendizabal.
