Min Arzube stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Piorno Oteo's shot from short distance in the 2nd minute. If Sindo Encio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Luken Hero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Min Arzube. Conchillas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luken Hero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 18thth minute of the game Sindo Encio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Candil's Galeno Abecia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Conchillas booed when Candil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hegoi Urdapileta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vimaro Messia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, Vimaro Messia notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Candil's Galeno Abecia. Galeno Abecia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
After 51 played minutes Candil got a freekick which was hit by Lertxun Caubilla. Min Arzube made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luken Hero in the 54th minute of play. Vimaro Messia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Galeno Abecia having to interfere. Sindo Encio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Galeno Abecia having to interfere. Galeno Abecia made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Sindo Encio sent off a good shot on target. Sindo Encio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Galeno Abecia made a huge save. Piorno Oteo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Min Arzube tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Candil's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Conchillas the free kick. After 80 played minutes Candil got a freekick which was hit by Hegoi Urdapileta. Galeno Abecia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vimaro Messia in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Theobald Pozos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vimaro Messia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luken Hero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Min Arzube tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Conchillas's Ekain Bizoso got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Luken Hero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Min Arzube having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Candil fans cheered their team off the field, for while Conchillas had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
