In the 20th minute Efren Villalobos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justo Seijas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 minutes Moirones AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ramirez Guixot who took care of the corner kick. Barrales F.C's Ramirez Guixot was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Justo Seijas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Barrales F.C's Ishmael Vizcaino in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Moirones AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ishmael Vizcaino in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Justo Seijas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Barrales F.C's Ishmael Vizcaino got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Efren Villalobos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Seijas having to interfere. Barrales F.C's Olayo Osma got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ishmael Vizcaino might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Justo Seijas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ishmael Vizcaino ran back to his position shaking his head. Efren Villalobos struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Justo Seijas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrales F.C. Xacintu Ugia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Mateo having to interfere. After the first half Barrales F.C were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xacintu Ugia to strike the kick off in the second half. Justo Seijas had great luck who in the 56thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ishmael Vizcaino from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Efren Villalobos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Justo Seijas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Barrales F.C booed when Moirones AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olando Cerda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ishmael Vizcaino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Justo Seijas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Efren Villalobos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Justo Seijas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moirones AFC's Pacorro Matute suffered a concussion in the 71st minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 71 minutes, Ishmael Vizcaino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrales F.C and the Moirones AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Barrales F.C getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Ishmael Vizcaino hit a great ball. Dario Mateo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caitano Aristeguieta in the 76th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Javier Eguizabal suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. When Olando Cerda fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moirones AFC's protests and gave Olando Cerda a yellow card for diving instead. After 82 played minutes Moirones AFC got a freekick which was hit by Olando Cerda. Olayo Osma's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Justo Seijas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Moirones AFC's Justo Seijas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ishmael Vizcaino in the 87th minute of play. If Olayo Osma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
