Ciano Ruidiez was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Beti Lavet. Beti Lavet took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ciano Ruidiez. peñarol's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Millrick Sesma notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Coquimbo's Guter Burell. Guter Burell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Guter Burell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustau Arteaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Coquimbo's goal looked a bit too open when Pacifico Falconi came free, but Guter Burell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guter Burell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nereo Picavea, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Millrick Sesma might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guter Burell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Millrick Sesma ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 26 minutes, Nereo Picavea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. peñarol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nereo Picavea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christiano Montez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ciano Ruidiez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gartzi Junyent in the 32nd minute of play forced peñarol's goalkeeper Ciano Ruidiez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Pacifico Falconi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guter Burell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Picavea in the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Tome Hernaez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Coquimbo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Gartzi Junyent hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Nereo Picavea hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Pacifico Falconi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute of the match Beti Lavet sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ciano Ruidiez skillfully saved the ball. In the 93rd minute Gartzi Junyent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciano Ruidiez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, Galtero Aro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Coquimbo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. peñarol were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
