Jonathan Aniego blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Llorian Viñal having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Domene in the 16th minute of play forced Soca AFC's goalkeeper Llorian Viñal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilmar Rodezno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xofre Aumente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Blancas having to interfere. Gilmar Rodezno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Zacarias Blancas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlando Domene's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Llorian Viñal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Orlando Domene stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
