The tension between the Blanquillo AFC and the Larre Borges players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Larre Borges defense, Jaen Elejalde kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Seme Landa. The Larre Borges fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Seme Landa should have stopped the shot. 27 minutes into the match, Larre Borges's goal looked a bit too open when Cheche Gamero came free, but Seme Landa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cheche Gamero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Seme Landa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Guib Armiñan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Blanquillo AFC's zone, Lorenzo Forcelledo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Qwinton Manes came out of the goal and Lorenzo Forcelledo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Salvidor Murias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lorenzo Forcelledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Qwinton Manes having to interfere. Seme Landa made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Jaen Elejalde sent off a good shot on target. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lorenzo Forcelledo to make the kick off. Larre Borges's Lorenzo Forcelledo got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 52 minutes, Lorenzo Forcelledo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Larre Borges's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lorenzo Forcelledo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Larre Borges fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Cheche Gamero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Seme Landa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. A collision led to Blanquillo AFC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Madeo Vivero hit a great ball. When the match was over Larre Borges could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Blanquillo AFC throughout the match.
