After 7 played minutes Solis FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaspard Norato. Ganix Sobrido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ganix Sobrido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chumo Orta got free with Natal Palacio in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Salto defense, Cordeiro Lloret kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orlandus Roca. The Salto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orlandus Roca should have stopped the shot. 29 minutes into the game, Oro Rayon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salto's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Solis FC the free kick. Oro Rayon kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Ganix Sobrido kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Cordeiro Lloret left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Solis FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 39th minute Cordeiro Lloret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlandus Roca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Natal Palacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ganix Sobrido in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ganix Sobrido stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Orlandus Roca made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Simon Mathey sent off a good shot on target. If Chumo Orta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domingo Sopuerta kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Orlandus Roca successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Salto's Orlandus Roca got control of the ball when Simon Mathey tried to sneak it across the goal line. Godofredo Maysonet charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 79thth minute of the game Cordeiro Lloret who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salto's Orlandus Roca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Solis FC's Gaspard Norato got a free kick in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chumo Orta in the 81st minute of play forced Solis FC's goalkeeper Natal Palacio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 90th minute of the match Oro Rayon completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Oro Rayon a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Oro Rayon hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute Cordeiro Lloret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlandus Roca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute, Orti Orengo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
