But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eulalio Azpiroz couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Migues FC defense, Eulalio Azpiroz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Llorenc Verdes. The Migues FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Llorenc Verdes should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Arnaldo Peñuñuri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Migues FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnaldo Peñuñuri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maria Tovilleja breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joselito Boladeras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Llorenc Verdes having to interfere. In the 29th minute of the game, Sidoro Campelo landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Grabiel Eguiara during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Polonio's Maria Tovilleja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Peñuñuri in the 51st minute of play. Arnaldo Peñuñuri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Maria Tovilleja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 59 minutes, Casado Cofresi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Polonio and the Migues FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Casado Cofresi kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Joselito Boladeras charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joselito Boladeras the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 60 played minutes Polonio got a freekick which was hit by Joselito Boladeras. In the 62nd minute, Joselito Boladeras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Migues FC's Llorenc Verdes got control of the ball when Eulalio Azpiroz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eulalio Azpiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Llorenc Verdes having to interfere. Llorenc Verdes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cresconio Rabe, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Joselito Boladeras got his second yellow card in the match during the 82nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. With a little luck, Migues FC's Llorenc Verdes got control of the ball when Cresconio Rabe tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute, Polonio's Casado Cofresi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Llorenc Verdes. Llorenc Verdes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. If Eulalio Azpiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnaldo Peñuñuri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maria Tovilleja having to interfere. Polonio's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
