In the 6th match minute, Soca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Viana to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Soca's zone, Ieltxu Bonvehi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valery Rosales came out of the goal and Ieltxu Bonvehi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ieltxu Bonvehi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Soca's Valery Rosales got control of the ball when Gasteiz Carcel tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 15 minutes, Abelardo Marigorta made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sportivo Nuevos Pesos's Enmanuel Morros tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gasteiz Carcel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valery Rosales having to interfere. The supporters of Sportivo Nuevos Pesos booed when Soca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Etxatxu Zuloaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Marigorta in the 23rd minute of play forced Sportivo Nuevos Pesos's goalkeeper Enmanuel Morros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sportivo Nuevos Pesos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ieltxu Bonvehi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gasteiz Carcel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Valery Rosales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gasteiz Carcel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 79thth minute of the game Ieltxu Bonvehi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soca's Valery Rosales was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gasteiz Carcel in the 81st minute of play forced Soca's goalkeeper Valery Rosales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gasteiz Carcel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute Gipuzkoa Ocampo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valery Rosales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Calvet Larrave received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 100th minute. Enmanuel Morros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sportivo Nuevos Pesos walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
