Ignado Alsedar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Marigorta in the 38th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Tano Garraz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Aguada AFC booed when Soca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan-Carlos Imaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abelardo Marigorta to strike the kick off in the second half. Calvet Larraves short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Ignado Alsedar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Valery Rosales came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Aguada AFC's Ubaldo Garate. But to his dismay, Ubaldo Garate quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 57 minutes into the match, Ubaldo Garate had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valery Rosales. Soca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ubaldo Garate was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After some careless play in the Aguada AFC defense, Abelardo Marigorta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ignado Alsedar. The Aguada AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ignado Alsedar should have stopped the shot. Abelardo Marigorta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aguada AFC's Ignado Alsedar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Marigorta in the 68th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Soca got a freekick which was hit by Juan-Carlos Imaz. Tano Garraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valery Rosales having to interfere. Tano Garraz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Marigorta in the 83rd minute of play forced Aguada AFC's goalkeeper Ignado Alsedar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ubaldo Garate came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Aguada AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ubaldo Garate couldn't finish the play. Ubaldo Garate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valery Rosales having to interfere. If Rogelio Caller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aguada AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
